Dammit, you totally beat me to that one. I just saw that on SportsCenter. Checked ESPN's website and it had this to say about the death:

Polk's death was caused by a pulmonary blood clot -- a rare fatal occurrence for a healthy woman of Polk's age, Dr. Eric Peters, Pima County's deputy chief medical examiner, told The Arizona Daily Star.

No, it looks like they're still sitting on the autopsy results but presuming heart attack. One thing I read says it has implications for drugs, when you consider how many basketball players have had heart problems recently.
